Complaints and Returns

Once you have purchased the software, you cannot return it as you are supposed to use the free trial version to determine if the software meets your needs. Most software manufacturers give you a 30 days trial period, starting from the installation day, per computer, which will only apply if the software has not been on it before.

Complaints regarding the functionality of the purchased product are best sent by email, always with the exact version number and possibly with a screenshot. Our first question is always: is your software up to date? The older the version, the more likely you are to fix any problems yourself by upgrading to the latest version. Before you move your work to a new version, it is always a good practice to test it thoroughly.
